Shipping Policy 

EJ Silverworks now ships first-class mail for $5 and priority for $9. You can select your preferred method at checkout.

Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of EJ Silverworks, and we are not responsible for lost packages. EJ Silverworks is a small business run by our family and unfortunately can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item. 

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

All packages will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Return Policy

All purchases are finalIf you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message us within 7 days of receiving your item and we are happy to set up a return or make a repair. 

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. We have ring sizers available on my website if you are unsure.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
